During Pre-Construction Stage Samadhi Builds will:

• Visit the site and meet with you, our prospective client — an opportunity for us to introduce you to our PAC Process and outline exactly how we work together from the very first conversation.

• Collaborate — We work closely with you and the entire design/project team throughout the process, ensuring you are fully educated on what lies ahead, well-prepared for each stage, and genuinely invested in the outcome of your project.

• Prepare detailed costings — We prepare three progressive rounds of estimates, refining scope and pricing with you at each stage, before presenting a final, comprehensively detailed proposal for your project.

During Construction Stage Samadhi Builds will:

• Issue a construction schedule — Providing a clear, detailed program so you can be confident we are well planned, organised, and committed to completing your project on time and in line with the contract agreement.
• Uphold the terms and conditions of the building contract — As a member of Master Builders Queensland, we use appropriate MBQ contracts across our projects and are diligent in our contract administration, including the management of variations to cost and scope, time extensions, and practical completion.
• Deliver to plans and specifications — We respect the design intent and aims of every project, following the approved documentation closely to ensure the original vision is realised in the finished home.
• Liaise with project consultants — We are flexible, approachable and collaborative by nature. Where further information, guidance or clarity is required, we engage directly with the relevant consultant and work through to resolution.
• Meet with you onsite regularly — We schedule regular onsite meetings throughout construction so you’re always kept up to date on progress, informed of any decisions needed, and able to see your project come to life firsthand.

At Handover,  Samadhi Builds will:

• Follow a comprehensive handover procedure — From final inspections and defect rectification to compiling all warranties, manuals and product information, we leave nothing to chance, ensuring you receive your home complete, documented and ready to enjoy from day one.
